1. Validity

The CuberSuites Gift Card is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the gift card expires and can no longer be used.

2. Value

The value of the gift card corresponds to the amount paid for the gift card. This value can only be used to purchase an overnight stay at CuberSuites.

3. Use

The gift card can only be used to book an overnight stay at CuberSuites. The gift card must be used at one time; any remaining balance cannot be retained or transferred.

4. Balance and Refund

Unused balance on the gift card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

5. Loss or Theft

The gift card will be sent digitally once to the email address provided after payment. CuberSuites is not responsible for loss or theft of the gift card after shipment.

6. Portability

The gift card purchaser has the right to transfer the gift card to one person. Further transfer is not permitted.

7. Restrictions

The gift card can only be used to book an overnight stay at CuberSuites, based on availability. It is recommended to check availability in advance.

8. Purchase and Delivery

The gift card can be purchased at www.cubersuites.nl. After payment, the gift card will be sent digitally to the email address provided by the purchaser.

9. Cancellation Policy

When canceling a booking with the gift card, Roompot’s standard cancellation conditions apply. These conditions can be found on Roompot’s cancellation policy.

10. Transfers and Changes.

Rebooking or changing a booking made with the gift card is subject to Roompot’s standard terms and conditions, available at Roompot’s rebooking and changing conditions.

11. Combination with Other Offers

The gift card can be combined with other current offers or discounts.

12. Minimum Age

The minimum age for purchasing and using the gift card is 21.

14. Return Policy

It is not possible to return the CuberSuites Gift Card purchase after purchase. Once the transaction is complete and the gift card is issued, it cannot be returned or refunded.
